Altanet provides Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). These systems are not limited to the treatment of maintenance or to repair something at the time of failure, but include in their analysis: business aspects (in terms of performance and economic impact), regulatory aspects, risk and safety management. In addition, the EAM examines the entire life cycle of assets and supports environmental sustainability.

By employing dedicated software, users are able to achieve improvements from both an organizational and economic point of view, benefiting from a user friendly interface optimized for specific activities.

By focusing on EAM, ALTAnet aims to allow its customers to:

  • Maximize the effectiveness of maintenance, simplifying the process so that customers can extend the life cycle of their assets and improve productivity. This is possible thanks to functions that allow the generation and assignment of work orders, the monitoring of conditions and analysis to plan, in an optimal way, preventive maintenance.
  • Reduce warehouse costs, allowing customers to cancel downtime caused by inadequate inventory. The embedded instruments regard the monitoring and the control of the levels of the supplyes and the automatic management of purchase and warehouse.

  • Warranty management, which gives customers the advantage of being able to best follow the repairs of the products under warranty; these repairs can be labeled to automatically create a claim for compensation at the end of the repair.
  • Increasing the operating time of equipment, in fact, by improving the performance of assets, allows customers to avoid costly periods of inactivity in production (in the provision of services) or maintenance operations. The study facilitates prediction of probable failure points and their causes, leading to the identification of better alternatives.
  • Improve reliability and risk management, supporting customers in predicting resource reliability and regulatory risks. Tools are used for the in-depth management of asset profiles, the creation of effective and user-defined reports, the use of electronic signatures, the recording of data changes, monitoring and forecasting of performance related to KPIs.
